The Financial Academy contributes to building the professional future of workers in the financial sector, which is through the design of training programs based on competencies that are the cornerstone in determining training needs, as it is interested in developing content, training programs and workshops for sub-sectors of the financial sector (the banking sector, the insurance sector, and the finance sector And the financial market sector).

The Financial Academy provides various models of general or training programs from the authorities, and special programs for the agencies according to the needs of its training staff, and specialized programs where the financial academy takes it upon itself to study the entity's needs and then design programs and training materials to meet their needs.
