Training & Development Policy

​​For Organizations:

Organizations can register their employees by logging into their online accounts at   ​

For Individuals:

If an individual wants to register for any of the FA's programs, s/he should sign up in the  FA's ​ website. Accounts creation instructions could be found in Here  
Registration is open until three business days before the start date of the program. This will be applied on both types of participants, organizations and individuals.

Fees discounts
For group registration:
A 10% discount will be given for registering five or more participants for the same program.
A 15% discount will be given for registering ten or more participants for the same program.  

Replacement of participants
A fee of SR100  will be charged for each participant replaced.
Replacement could be made up to two business days before the start of the program.

Cancelation
Cancelations could be made according to the following conditions:
For a full refund,  cancelation  should be requested at least 30 days  prior to the start of the program.
The client will be charged 50% of the program fees if  cancellation is requested 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the program.
The client will be charged 100% of the program fees if  cancelation is requested less than 15 days prior to the start of the program.

Attendance

Policy
The trainer will mark the attendance sheet at the beginning of each lecture. Absences and late arrivals, regardless of the cause, will be treated as follows:
If the trainee shows up during the first 10 minutes of the lecture, s/he will be marked late. Three times late makes a one hour absence.
If the trainee shows up after the first 10 minutes of the lecture, s/he will be marked absent for that lecture regardless of the reason.
Program completion certificates are conditioned to the attendance of at least 80% of the total allocated time of the program.
All programs start from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm

Evaluation:
At the end of each program, the trainer will evaluate each participant. This evaluation is available to the participants employer/ organization.

Certificates:
Programs certificates are available via The Financial Academy website. The nominating organizations and individuals can print them through their special accounts.

Rules and regulation of the Financial Academy:
- If The Financial Academy cancels a program before or during its delivery due to extraordinary conditions fees will be refunded or alternatives will be provided.
- The Financial Academy​​ has the right to cancel a program two weeks before the start date if the required number of participants is not satisfied.
