A training program on Regulations of the Saudi Capital Market, organized by
the Institute of Finance in cooperation with the Capital Market Authority
(CMA), was concluded on Tuesday 13/05/1439 (30 January 2018). It was presented
by a number of officials from the CMA including Mr. Mohammed Elkuwaiz, Chairman
of the CMA, and Mr. Khalid Al-Homoud, Board member. The program tackled
different topics on rules and regulations, corporate governance, control and
supervision over financial institutions, risk and capital adequacy assessment,
investigation and litigation of violations of the Capital Market Law, and anti
of money laundering and terrorist financing. It also included an exploration of
investment product types and characteristics.
